Dynatrace Engineer
CurrentSenior Resource with extensive tenure at one of Dynatrace's largest managed customers. Drive incident resolution and problem management for business and application teams, provide triage, training and customization. One of four team members supporting all facets of enterprise-wide (multiple operating companies) Dynatrace deployment, primarily focused on top 20 Business applications. (Day to day managed cluster and ActiveGate management, Application customization, tagging, SWAT/ Triage, Dashboarding, Real User Monitoring, custom metrics, and extensions / plug-ins. Additional responsibilities as Rotating on call (7x24,) Operational Support of multiple monitoring and alerting tools. Moderate Linux and Windows sysadm expertise. Working knowledge of AWS, Service Now!, Jira, AppMon, CA, and AppDynamics.
