    • We come in, photograph and tag everything. Every item gets labeled and priced to then be put online late for an auction. Once auction is complete a date is set and every buyer is assigned a time to come and pick up their merchandise (partly where I come in).• AT times I was responsible for scheduling the pickup times and communicating with the customers to set up and/or confirm their pickup time for the specific date. On the rare occasion I would set up delivery times and the fee for doing for (At times we would make deliveries depending on the distance of the delivery and the item being delivered.• Responsible for arranging furniture in order to then take pictures of it. Usage of organizational as well as “aesthetic” skills to set up arrangements when taking photos to make furniture pieces more appealing to consumer when the photos were taken of them to then be posted for upcoming option.• Tagged all furniture which required me to keep a log of all furniture to match with numbers and sub categories in order for us to position items better in the house on pick up day. Also making any notes of damage to the item prior to the consumer finalizing a purchase, and then disclosing it to them, as well as if any furniture is damaged in the process of us moving it, which was rare for the following reasons:• Loaded purchased items as well. We had a few females working for us who would handle the auction pick up dates and the schedule I had planned out for them. I had also tried to set up the house in an orderly fashion based on the schedule I had made so the house would hopefully, based on the time of the consumers, arrival, almost essentially freely flow. The women would make sure all the consumers got the smaller way more tedious items whereas once someone arrived we asked them their last name which coincided with a number or letter we had set up and we would know exactly where it was. We would go find their items and bring them outside to their vehicles.

Making sure upon arrival members were picked up at their car with their clubs, taken to pro shop to check in and cart dropped at driving range. Upon completion all players (members and their guests) clubs’ were cleaned and loaded in their cars. Any and all requests filled in between start and finish such as bringing beverages, food, lost clubs, or anything within reason requested by player.
