I design no-code web designs from Figma to Framer/Squarespace on a freelance basis, working with small businesses and those requiring personal websites. All designs are optimised for viewing across devices such as tablet and mobile. Examples of my work are coming soon!

I design fully optimised designs on Figma, with a strong focus on user experience, functionality, and accessibility. As well as web designs and mobile apps, I have a keen interest in signage and wayfinding design, such as for mass transit systems. I work on a freelance basis and am open to working with startups, small businesses, or those requiring designs for personal websites/apps.

I support B1-C2 level adult tech professionals predominantly based in Russia and Eastern European countries with the Business English and soft skills in relation to interview practice, workplace scenario discussion, behavioural development, writing, and presenting.The vast majority of students desire to relocate to European countries to be employed by large multi-national organisations, including in the IT sphere, working for FAANG companies such as Amazon and Google.Many individuals require a unique approach to building capability in international interview situations with a focus on customer obsession, ownership, reflection and managing failure.Worked with and supported over 500 individuals in building their English language confidence and capability.

In addition to offering calls privately via my website, I also use the English teaching platform, Italki.I also support individuals with a variety of learning needs, from general conversation, British English pronunciation, proofreading, and IELTS/Cambridge/EIKEN exam preparation, many of whom have achieved scores of 7.5-8.5 in IELTS.

I ran a Travel and Digital Nomad themed YouTube channel and Website/Blog with more than 38,000 subscribers and over 7,000,000 views, documenting my travel experiences in a variety of countries such as Mexico, Japan, and Serbia. Additionally, I aimed to provide guidance and support to those individuals curious to pursue the lifestyle of a Digital Nomad, including discussion on Teaching Online, building a website, financial planning, and general advice.I produced videos for tour agencies and accommodations in Colombia and Japan, and have featured on local TV stations and in newspapers in Mexico and Serbia.

Led the Cluster process around internal management development, for middle management, senior and store manager levels of the organisation for both East London and West London stores.Arranged cluster sign-ons sessions involving over 50 stores in Express, Metro, Superstore and Extra formats, collaborating with fellow People Managers and Group PMs to encourage participation.Challenged colleagues around development ratios to ensure suitable succession plans were in place.

Successfully delivered roll-out of Ideal Schedules in a regional role (secondment), working remotely across London in various store formats (Metro, Superstore and Extra) alongside approximately 40 other coaches located across the country.Took ownership of the Ideal Schedules roll out in each store, involving fully briefing and upskilling store teams.
