Through many acquisitions the company has evolved into an asset management/protection company. Currently we own businesses in the fields of; construction, transportation/logistics, home health aid, non-emergency transportation. D&E (Formerly known as LLOC) operates in both the residential and commercial space. Our residential sector focuses on investment properties whether that be; turnkey, rent ready, flips. We also provide New Construction and major renovations. (Minor renovations we pass down to our vetted and professional partners) On the Commercial side, New construction and renovation for; retail space, Nursing Homes, low-mid rise multi family units.

Online training coach. We provide 100% custom programs that includes a full workout plan as well as diet/supplemental advice. We update every clients program weekly to ensure they stay on track to accomplish the goals they set forth. At DBD we treat every client like they're our only client.

LLOVT is an MBE Licensed Commercial General Contracting company that was established in 2001. It is the parent company of the non-profit Minority Contractors Collaboration which provides national accreditation for construction safety courses through NCCER and the sister company Indiana Re-Entry.

We are a registered MBE general contractor in the state of Indiana. We have registered apprenticeship programs in carpentry approved through the state as well as apprenticeship assessment programs. LLC performs work in both the commercial and residential markets.
