Created and delivered training (both classroom and e-learning/virtual) to students across the State Farm Enterprise. Consulted with numerous departments to scope their training needs and tailor their training activities to meet those needs (especially in the realm of converting classroom-based training to online distance learning). Delivered over 1,000 virtual classes to more than 33,000 students across the State Farm enterprise, in addition to traditional classroom training.Transitioned full-time to the Enterprise Training Certification team in 2017 where my responsibilities included training others on how to be an effective instructor and certifying candidates for the company's Enterprise Training Certification designation.Served with the MyBlock implementation team that completely replaced State Farm’s existing LMS with Cornerstone OnDemand. As a member of this team I investigated course codes that did not correctly import into Cornerstone, coordinated the development of all training materials, and managed a series of user tests prior to the launch of MyBlock/Cornerstone to ensure a smooth transition.Was responsible for all data analysis and reporting for State Farm's distance learning function, as well as created and delivered monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for State Farm L&D's instructor-led training function. Created processes for gathering information, wrote extensive spreadsheets calculating data, compared results to measurement goals, drafted visually appealing reports for leadership and conducted analysis with a focus on cost savings.

Greensboro/Winston-Salem, North Carolina Area

Delivered sales and technology training to State Farm agents and their teams, conducted data gathering and analysis for the Greensboro Field Office, managed sales promotions and was responsible for the team's State Farm Bank production (25 agents and roughly 75 team members).

Assisted in the production of Nickelodeon television's game show "Double Dare 2000". Worked closely with the post production supervisor and coordinated between the different teams of post production (editing, sound, producers, etc). Also served as the Booth PA during production.
