In this role, I am responsible for coordinating, supervising, and guiding 46 army civilians and two contractors across four divisions focused on business functions, network administration, enterprise services, and cybersecurity affecting approximately 10K end-users. In doing so, I delegate daily tasks to staff members, ensuring timely delivery of IT project requirements and adherence to maintenance priorities. At the same time, I prepare division for readiness inspections and RMF assessments. I also organize training activities, conduct evaluations of NEC employees, and manage department's $12M budget while holding full accountability for more than $250M worth of assets.My proudest achievements to date include:• Championed collaboration and teamwork across all divisions by leading a consolidation project that enhanced communication amongst team members.• Accredited with enabling region to improve Command Climate Survey results by 17 points in each category.• Reduced average number of vulnerabilities per system to boost status of CCRI readiness.• Boosted the number of service level agreements by 12, increasing funds from $200K to more than $1.2M.• Recognized for achieving the highest rating in five years across the entire CONUS Theater on two networks during the DISA Command Cyber Readiness Inspection.• Took initiative to eliminate all paper processes to increase productivity and streamline operations.

I was appointed to this position to lead more than 100 army civilian in management of functions at five geographically dispersed network enterprise centers. At each center, I reviewed employee attendance, devised working schedules, and verified credentials. I also ensured each division within the NEC stayed ready for Command Cyber Readiness Inspections and RMF assessments while serving as primary interface between RNEC and higher organizational echelons.A few of my most noteworthy accomplishments include:• Succeeded in regionalizing services across five states.• Valued for instituting a team building and recognition program that resulted in improved morale across organization.• Enabled completion of MFGI missions by preparing RNEC to support Camp Shelby.

During this time, I reported to the Regional Director regarding cybersecurity status of the entire region. Effectively, I oversaw installation projects and completed regional cyber scorecards for presentation to senior leaders. I also liaised with U.S. First Infantry Division, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Riley, and all supported Network Enterprise Centers. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:• Commended by senior leadership for standing up a New Cyber Compliance Branch.• Attributed with enabling new personnel to learn and understand processes efficiently with implementation of 17 new TTPs and SOPs.• Devised and instituted a technical transition plan that supported deployment of over 600 soldiers to Southwest Asia and Korea.
