Planning and directing law enforcement shift activities for a military installation by ensuring that all scheduled officers, equipment and vehicles are on hand and operational for duty. I provide guidance and resolve complaints of police officers. I ensure that all calls for law enforcement or public safety services are properly resolved.I Investigate criminal incidents, review and approve subordinate police officer incident reports, receive calls for service by telephone or in person, conduct video surveillance of the instillation, maintain a desk journal, prepare absentee reports and watch schedules, assign police officers to duty post, conduct mobile and walking patrols of installation, conduct random and commerical vehicle inspections, enforce traffic laws, conduct random anti-terrorist measures, ensure that all duties and tasks are completed accuratly and timely and conduct performance evaluations for subordinate officers.
