Improve to adequate the design information to a local format for Mexico people. Engineering support for any stop in the production cell. Manage engineering control changes for the "In Region" project to decrease costs in the manufactured components, review information with local suppliers (MX Suppliers) to achieve profit goals. Improve communications between suppliers to reduce reworks and increase productivity.
