Prior to Kingspan, in 2010 I joined Baxi as Commercial Director for the residential boiler busines, leading all sales and commerical activity.Prior experience includes RPS Energy to develop a Downstream Retail Consulting business, and UK CEO of Rosebys the home textiles retailer, operating 300 stores and leading a team of 2,200 people.Prior to Rosebys I had 11 years oil industry retail experience with BP and Mobil and 6 years franchising and business development experience with Burger King in over 20 countries.
