- Following Rosebys Operations Ltd going into Administration on 25th September 2008, GHCL Ltd the Indian based parent company of Rosebys acquired the rights to use the Rosebys name in the UK. - Since Sept 2008, I am working for GHCL Ltd as CEO of a new company Rosebys UK Ltd, looking at re-establishing Rosebys in the UK based on repositioned home interiors lifestyle offer. - We are wokring with an investor regarding franchising Rosebys in the UK.

-CEO of a home textile business with 280 directly managed stores, leading a business with c £100 M turnover p.a. and 2,000 store and HQ employees.-Also responsible for looking at franchising Rosebys in Europe. - Started to implement an aggressive turnaorund programme focused on sales, margin and cost reduction, as well as significant stores closures through a partial ‘pre pack’ of the business.-However with the Indian parent company being unable to provide promised working capital and Rosebys unable to complete refinancing in the current credit environment, the business went into Administration on 25th Sept 08
