Helping and motivating a team of young Data Scientists, AI engineers and AI architects to grow and excel with a focus on the following points:- Increasing team's productivity by following project management frameworks suitable for AI and data science projects.- AI product management: helping the company to innovate and identify AI/Data Science opportunities with value and viability; creating responsible AI products that provide real value for the company.- Implementation of numerous AI/machine learning/data science use cases with high productivity and high quality- Continue to develop technological frameworks and unified enterprise AI/ML/Data Science architecture in order to facilitate the development, deployment and maintenance of high-quality use cases (currently focused on LLM enterprise framework and architecture)

Main focus and skills developed:- Enterprise Machine Learning Architecture Design & Implementation: MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment & monitoring and other features (MVP for Supervised Learning)- Architecture & Implementation of in-house Customer Data Platform: Web App to Build Customer Audiences that are published on Activation Platforms- Multiple Web Scraping Use Cases Deployed to Commercial Teams- Implemented First Use Cases of GenAI: Product Long Descriptions Generation in the Website and In-Store Support Bot Pilot using RAG

Main focus and Skills developed:- Design and development of data architecture for product content on the website.- Design and implementation of Enterprise Web Scraping Framework (CI/CD, Devops, Accelerators and Automatic Integration).- Research and Functional Design of Enterprise ML Process & Architecture (from project management/ technical profiles to technology).

Main focus and Skills developed:- Launch of Worten's in-house Web Scraping theme, with several scrapers in production.- Data Engineering and Machine Learning applied to the demand/price elasticity of discontinued products.
