Experienced Finished Artist / Graphic Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Building design work from basic scamps to print spec, Hiring, training and managing junior staff on the team, liaising with traffic managers to work out the time frame for delivering on deadlines.I have created filing systems for structure and organisation in the department and a ‘how to prep for artwork’ so all designers are up to speed with the best practice for delivering design for artwork.
