I was a chef for 12 years working for the Spar group in Adelaide in such resturants as, Radisson playford and Red Ochra grill. Once i qualified as a chef and received my cert 3 in commercial cookery I moved on and worked at Magill Estate restaurant and travelled overseas to the united kingdom and Canada. I then returned to South Australia and worked as head chef at Prominent hill gold mine Central south Australia fly in fly out for 2 years.When i turned 30 i decided on a career change and managed a prominent building suplies business called Budget landscape building supplies for 10 years. I then joined Hallett resources McLaren Vale quarry as a team leader, HSR and mobile plant operator and studying cert 4 in WHS.I have since been promoted to key accounts manager for Hallett resources McLaren Vale quarries.I have a passion for high productivity , strong work ethic, maximising workflow and efficiency as well as a keen interest in Work health and safety,
