Works with and through management, to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and to assist in the achievement of profitability/productivity requirements.

Develop, implement, direct and manage the quality control system and processes designed to ensure production of product consistent with established standards, customer specifications, and production goals. Establish quality expectations, and seek to continuously improve the quality of process outputs through identifying and removing causes of defects or errors. Additionally, responsible for ensuring that products produced will adhere to an established quality standard including ASME Code and ASME BPE, B31.3, CA-1, ANSI, PED, and other international requirements. Aim to ensure that product or service provided is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements, and being meticulous about meeting standards and customer expectations and committed to improving business performance.

Responsible for 400 - 900 Missouri Eastside intial recruits administrative, training & logistical requirements. Supervise 4 E-8 Recruiting NCOIC's and subordinate Recruiters.
