Responsible to drive ecommerce websites on behalf of our OSF customers, I am driving the strategy, the optimal solutions and approaches for a successful digital performance in close collaboration with the customers focusing mainly on conversion. From SEO, UX and merchandising, Paid strategy, Email marketing, Analtyics, I intervene in various areas.I am also involved in pre-sales activities, being a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor for the customers in all regards related to digital transformation, including merchant initiatives to provide value to the customer and increase revenues.

I took a new role at Amer Sports ANZ with the goal of launching, developing and managing our D2C online business in the ANZ region. 2 years later, we built a $7M business and most importantly, strengthen the brand awareness and consumer experience of Salomon, Arc’teryx, Wilson and Suunto.As a team, we proudly launched 6 local websites under a Shopify platform working with the Melbourne based agency, Overdose Digital but also with our global HQ in France, U.S. and Canada.I also developped and managed our marketplace business with Amazon (1P), eBay and The Iconic.- arcteryx.com.au- arcteryx.co.nz- au.wilson.com- salomon.com.au- salomon.co.nzOn top of that, I have been looking after Suunto E-commerce Australia operating on our global platform (Magento).-------I proudly joined the Amer Sports Australia Sustainability Committee with the determination of moving towards a more sustainable organisation with the goal of being carbon neutral by 2022.
