Bellman duties, helping with luggage, shuttle driving around the Madison/Greater Madison area, customer service. These where all part of the job but not limited to just that. Everyday was a unique experience working with diverse groups of people staying at the hotel. Learning to adapt to the task at hand was a huge quality I took from this job. With the understanding that any aspect of costumer service was my role, the essence of my job was to hear each costumer and follow through with own creative solutions.
