As part of this I participate in all areas of our Agile ceromonies and am responsible for creating and refining User Stories to support new client requests as well as testing application release candidates via Business Acceptance Testing. As part of the requirements gathering process, I conduct client Elicitation meetings to ensure requirements are captured accurately. Additionally we conduct market research through Dealer visits and customer/user surveys to improve the understanding of our customer base and monitor the fast moving Automotive market.Due to my technical knowledge of our systems I also assist with 2nd level helpdesk support where required. This also includes working with Automation and Performance test teams to assist their test coverage. As a Senior member of the team I was also involved in UI/UX sessions and was required to provide feedback from a QA perspective. During this role I successfully re-factored the regression testing documentation/process and defined an End to End testing process across multiple platforms. This introduced detailed End to End test documentation which could be maintained by ourselves and 3rd parties.The QA team participate in Agile sprint planning meetings, daily stand ups and backlog refinement meetings.
