Researched and analyzed potential locations for the development of new car washes in the Chicago suburbs. With that some of the things I worked on during this internship were reviewing zoning permit regulations, rezoning and timelines for those permits in each city. Gathered annual tax, water, and sewage rates based on where each parcel of land was located in. Worked on two types of competitive analysis, one based on pricing, and the other one based on similar businesses in the area. Communicated and collaborated with upper management on a daily basis via in person conversations, email, phone calls, and online meeting platforms

Additionally, I diligently upheld the cleanliness and aesthetics of the range area, while also performing minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as repairing divots and adjusting yardage markers. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service, I contributed to the seamless operation of the golf range.

My duties working as a cashier included efficiently scanning and bagging items, processing various forms of payment accurately, and providing friendly assistance with inquiries or concerns. On a regular day being a cashier, I dealt with thousands of dollars in the cash register each day and had to be accurate when dealing with the cash to ensure there wouldn't be a shortage of cash at the end of the day. While assisting customers I had to be positive and happy to ensure a pleasant experience while scanning their items or assisting them with other concerns.
