As part of West Yorkshire's Hostage and Crisis negotiating team am deployed as a co-ordinator to incidents involving people who are in crisis with suicidal thoughts and feelings. Manage the on call team of negotiators and offer support and guidance to Senior Police Commanders around the use of this tactic. Also assist and support Senior Investigation officers when a live time crime in action occurs, ensuring that they have a negotiation cell available to support their aims and objectives.

Managed the daily tasking and co-ordination processes to ensure that intelligence was appropriately assessed and enhanced and progressed to operational teams using overt and covert policing tactics.
