I'm an attorney in private practice (see below) and I serve on the Holyoke City Council as the Ward 3 representative. I'm in my third term. In my time on the board I've proposed and had passed innovative legislation that has raised revenue (via parking fees imposed on Parade weekend...they basically pay my annual salary!) and increased civic pride (via the Purple Heart Trail). The VFW, District 7, recently honored me by bestowing its City Councilor of the Year Award. I've also been honored by the parishioners of the former Mater Dolorosa Church for my work in trying to preserve the historic building. I'm an advocate for Holyoke and am proud to serve. My law practice starts with a basic philosophy: how to use the law to help clients achieve the desired result. So far, I've helped small businesses with organizational structure and with local governance issues. I've helped individuals in the Probate & Family and Bankruptcy courts. I also serve as attorney in residential and commercial real estate transactions.Practice areas: Real estate, Family & Probate law, Bankruptcy, small business consulting and general advisement.
