Clapham Junction

I have commenced work on a new project from June,managing the Logistical dept of a Re-generation of the Peabody Estate in Wandsworth . The 1st phase consisting of the construction of an underground car park and then building apartment blocks on 4 plots. All deliveries to site using an electronic booking system , 2 tower cranes, 6 hoists , and the waste removal from site using 12 and 20yd skips . There are another 2 Phases to follow when phase 1 is completed.

Sea Container House Blackfriars Southwark London

Refurb of 14 storey hotel and a 9 storey New build with regard to Curtain Walling and cladding .Installation of elements via Tower cranes /mobile crane and mini crane , coordinating the deliveries from Germany to site/ unloading and distribution via crane to the appropriate work areas. Attending Logistic and crane meetings and recording all hire equipment /plant and materials to site.

Lords Cricket Club

Spearheaded the complex transformation of the cricket ground into the Olympic Archery Venue overseeing daily construction operations of between 300/400 multi trade site personnel and sub contractors. Reveiwed and revised(when necessary)all contractor Method statements and risk Assessments and conducted Daily Site Inductions. Participated in daily progress/ goal setting meetings with Olympic and Lords Cricket ground management teams.

Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia

Delivered a comprhensive Training program in Basic Rigging and Slinging, comprised of Powepoint presentations, classroom instruction and Hands on coaching , to on shore and off shore personnel. Developed curriculum, authered and administered and graded final written tests, mainained student records and reported results to management. Also furnished assistance and Advice to the Safety Officer to enhance Site safety.

Canary Wharf And Paddington Basin Projects

Oversaw receipt and Inspection of granite facia slabs shipped from Italy to replace the previous facia on a 15 storey building.Generated and recorded Non Comformity reports for any damaged items and Procured / hired all Mechanical / Electrical equipment required for the project. Monitored the site to enforce all Safety procedures and methods of work and documented then submitted to the Safety manager. Forged productive relationships with Key management team members, enabling smooth operations and achievment of all project targets.

Westfield Shopping Centre ,White City London

During my time at Westfield my roles and responsibilties where as site manager for piling (including both continous flight Auger CFA ) and Normal Piling works,Deputy Logistics manager and including Multi Services manager overseeing a team of multi trade tradesmen and then site manager for the external works, which included the day to day management of all the external works and remedials and managing subcontractors and maintaining health and safety during the construction phase.
