Packaging pre press & software solutions.Project Expeditor - March 1998 - 2005: Managing the timely creation and approval of artwork, proofs and print files for multiple product ranges in the FMCG sector for many high street supermarkets. I actively sought and gained extensive knowledge of Flexography, Gravure and Lithography.I was promoted to a high profile client facing role (Client associate) managing all pre press, needs across several categories, for a major high end supermarket. My duties involved: Regular visits to my clients head office; Liaising with clients and their suppliers at all levels; Hosting pre & post production meetings; attending press passes; promoting our company's services to our client and actively seeking to develop business wherever possible.European Project coordinator - November 2005 - January 2008: Liaising with my colleagues in our Dutch office I was responsible for ensuring that our clients briefs were out correctly and efficiently in the UK to meet their deadlines. My primary duties included purchasing pre press services from external suppliers including: Printing films, wet proofs, special varnish pates (Cyrel & nylon), foil blocking and embossing tooling.I was also responsible for coordinating the pre press work to meet tight production deadlines, as well as attending pre & post production meetings with clients.
