Set-up a new department focused on internal and external customer service. Manage quoting, order processing, and scheduling of all purchase orders issued to the newly formed “MHP” (internal manufacturing division). Continually work to improve communication, delivery, and performance. Manage import and export compliance. HTS codes, country of origin, free trade agreements, and Customs and Border Protection inquiries.Continue to perform Sr. Master Scheduling duties in addition to the new responsibilities.

Promoted to in recognition of performance and added responsibility of master scheduling a new Postal Automation production facility. Create and maintain a realistic and valid master schedule for two Grand Rapids, MI manufacturing plants. Determine and commit optimum ship schedule consistent with customer needs but with economic and time consideration to material availability, plant capacity, and manpower. Master schedule $450M - $700M annually.Responsible for long and short range work load forecasting. Prepare 13 week manufacturing forecast to display firm and planned workload. This forecast is used to determine manpower needs and identify capacity restraints. Prepare multiple other reports as needed relative to critical operations with space or process constraints.

Master schedule Welding, Paint, Assembly, Special Assembly, Control Cabinets, and Electronic Assembly departments for the 555 plant and aftermarket replacement components for all plants. Product lines manufactured in this plant include AGV, Air Cargo, Trailer Loaders, Power Curves, and Sorters.
