Manage a team of 70+ instructors who teach new army recruits math and ELA skills needed to get a passing AFQT score on the ASVAB. Develop new instructional materials, revise existing student workbooks, train instructors on all teaching materials.

Provide instructional quality assurance for a team of eight instructors whose job is to teach new army recruits the skills needed to get a passing AFQT score, including word knowledge, paragraph comprehension, arithmetic reasoning, and math knowledge (basics through introductory algebra and geometry).

Instruct soldiers who need to raise their ASVAB scores to qualify for entrance into the US Army. Subjects are Math Knowledge, Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, and Paragraph Comprehension. Develop teaching materials as necessary.

I directed four types of choirs: beginner, women’s, advanced, and chamber. I coordinated each extracurricular activity, found chaperones, ran fundraising events, and accompanied the choirs on each of their field studies, many of which were choral competitions and adjudications. I also taught four sections of class piano each year and led the music rehearsals of our musical theater production.
