I am a Senior Technical Facility Manager and have worked continuously for nearly Thirty years in Engineering, Risk & Compliance, plus Operations Management roles for major FM providers, following on from Seven years of drafting, design and project managing mechanical-electrical systems for major commercial buildings & hospitals under construction. I presently hold the position as Associate Director, Senior Engineering & Operations Manager for an A-Grade building on Melbourne’s inner eastern fringe.My peers readily associate me with my tenet – “There is no such thing as a problem, only solutions!” I use technical analysis to develop opportunities for improvement of building services I identify & develop opportunities to improve building efficiency & sustainability.  I optimise site documentation, maintenance & life-cycle planning & risk management. I develop strong Client, Tenant and Team relationships.  I provide leadership, assistance and technical support to staff & contractors to develop their strengths and skills.  I am consistent in nurturing a safe work ethic, whereby staff & contractors have embraced formalised WHS/OHS procedures into their workday routines.  I implement latest technologies and other offerings to maximise the “User Experience” for our Tenants and partners.
