I have been both a Day and Night Superintendent for Mark Young on Full store remodels of Walmart’s and King Soopers through-out Colorado and adjourning states. I have 7 1/2 years of experience performing open-store remodels including: concrete trenching, refrigeration removal/replacement/installation, Starbuck Kiosk demo/build, concrete floor polishing, Customer Service/Floral Department replacement, Millwork and Decor Installation.

Tasked with coordinating all aspect of the remodeling of Safeway grocery stores in the Colorado/Wyoming area. Since last fall I have been managing the remodels of Starbucks Kiosks in Safeway stores. My expertise was called upon to overcome the challenges associated with completing the Vail Co. Starbucks remodel in 9 days (typically a 12 day project).

I have been hired to co-manage the expansion/renovation of Walmart stores throughout the South West. I was am tasked with completing Walmart online training/certification for Superintendents/Project Managers and Storm

• Co-Manage all facets of a 140,000 Sq Ft., 4 story build-out including: Daily site opening and closing, scheduling deliverables for sub-contractors, materials delivery, building fire system monitoring status, interfacing with facilities personnel and key stakeholders as appropriate.• Coordinate with sub-contractors onsite to help resolve discrepancies between build plans and field conditions: including interpreting blueprints, communicating with project manager and architect to provide the appropriate direction to field personnel.• Act as liaison between sub-contractors, building management personnel, city developmental services personnel, fire marshal’s office, inspectional services, project architect and back office personnel.• Provide ongoing warranty support for completed projects: fielding requests from client, coordinating with appropriate subs to resolve issue and initiating following-ups to assure client satisfaction.

• Performed various industrial maintenance activities for manufacturing plant including but not limited to: light fixture change-out, machinery repair, 440 volt electric motor replacement, physical plant maintenance/repair.• Assigned to work with facilities services company as drywall repairer and finished painter, within occupied office and clinical space. I was required to interface with clinical staff to minimize disruptions to patient treatment.

• Managed daily construction activities with facilities management and nursing staff at an active dialysis clinic. • Monitored sub-contractors activity to mitigate noise and inconvenience to clinic’s staff and patients.• Coordinated weekend work during clinics downtime (Sat 7:00 PM to Monday 5:00 AM): Communicate equipment disconnect and reconnect with clinic staff, schedule partial floor demo and re-install to be completed within narrow timeframe.

• Under tutelage of site superintendent helped to coordinate site activities in his absence: Site opening and closing, materials receiving, coordination of sub-contractor activities and assisted in reviewing and interpreting plans. • Performed various tasks in the re-modeling of a historic motor pool building at Camp Maybry in Austin Texas. Worked performed included: cutting concrete apron for handicap ramp and various trenching. Operated a cutting torch to demo out, metal door frames, various fixture and large 5 tons hydraulic lifts.• Independently completed ad-hoc projects at various client sites including: demolitions of ceiling grid, grout work, demolition of existing millwork, installation of mahogany entry doors in client office and various finished trim work.

Management Reporting/Financial ModelingCreated management dashboards to provide key conversion related metrics used by stakeholders and senior management to oversee a multi-billion dollar investment portfolio. Captured and tracked systems issues, while providing follow-up/resolution to outstanding conversion related issues. Vast experience in creating models used to provide daily managerial oversight of financial operations. Developed solutions for capturing data used to manage the monthly funding levels for a multi-million dollar portfolio of adjustable rate mortgages. Systems Development LifecycleExperienced in leading all phase of the Systems Development efforts including planning, requirement definition, documentation acceptance, acceptance testing and implementation. Excelled in business analyst roles, which required coordinating developmental processes between key stakeholders, end-users and IT development teams. Proven success in leading/coordinating efforts in the implementation of multi system conversions, while simultaneously capturing and reporting all issues for post conversion follow-up.
