After a 15 month hiatus I am looking for employment and the next challenge in my career. While I have extensive experience within the Dairy Industry I am open to exploring any role that opportunities present.

The principle function was to oversee and lead the Hokitika site services, engineering and Capital projects departments.Key Responsibilities were - Manage and lead people including improving culture, increasing overall capabilities and developing teams to improve functionality and efficiencies of operations - Ensure reliability and overall maintenance of the Hokitika manufacturing site - Oversee and lead the capital projects team to ensure delivery of projects within timelines and within budget. - Develop and implement key strategic direction of the engineering and services areas including asset maintenance, replacement and introduction of new technologies and equipment.- Develop and implement a 1-5 year Capital plan for Westland milk products- Prepare and set budgets within areas of responsibility and ensure all targets are met- Lead key specific Capital projects including business plan development and ensure alignment to overall business strategy.

Infant Formula and Nutritional production manager of D7 plant.Key responsibilities and focus points were - Improve quality of finished product - Improve overall culture of the department - Oversee and implement projects and operational excellence - Health and Safety focus - Team and people development

Process manager for AMF , Evaporators and Dryer as the key areas of responsibility.

Responsible for Infant formula production and also commodity products manufactured through D6.

Role included recommissioning of ice cream plant and process operations

Level 8 supervisor Cheese/Lactose depts

Successfully recovered 2800 tonne of AMF.
