Achievements: • led the planning and delivery of a complex technical work program to enhance ATM, technical, engineering and safety capability, tailored activities to ensure alignment strategic priorities• I managed the provision of $3.8m budget between 2013-16 and successfully obtained $2m in funding for next phase 2017-19• Built and maintained effective business relationships between PNG and Australian senior government officials and stakeholders• enhanced the department’s financial management, international travel, governance processes and guidelines as part of continuous improvement practices • managed the delivery of emergency restoration works and health checks on aviation communication, navigational and surveillance systems in PNG.
