Sugarloaf boasts at being one of the largest ski resorts in New England and includes a Trent Jones designed golf course. Lodging operations consist of a 119 unit Hotel, a 24 unit inn and roughly 200 condo units in the rental pool. Direct reports include Director of IT, Director of Property Management, Tickets Manager, Cash Room Mgr, night audit (2) as well as general accounting staff (4). While here implemented daily and weekly operational reports that provided guidance such that although revenue had declined by nearly 5% we achieved the most profitable 3 years in Sugarloaf history as well as hiring and training the accounting department top to bottom. -
