My engagement approach emphasizes accurate assessment of internal risks, gaps and work estimates in order to consistently guide the structure of the proposed solution and the delivered response. Collaborated with multiple teams including; field/sales, engineering, program management, legal/contracts, and finance. Operations and FulfillmentEnsured product delivery and fulfillment through SalesForce maintenance (part numbers, price and price book, Bill of Materials), FlexLM license management, and continuing field/sales team support.
