As CFO, David is responsible for all accounting, managing Billing, Credit & Collections, Accounts Payable, and IT personnel for three related companies. Business activities are primarily distribution, but include light manufacturing and service work. David maintains bank relationships and produces financial statements for internal and external use. He works with the CPA as necessary. He reviews financial performance with other members of management team and participates in budget creation and tracking.As a member of the Board of Directors, David participates in strategic planning processes and decision making.

As Treasurer David is responsible for maintaining bank relationships, obtaining financing as necessary, and providing required reporting.
