• A member of the Asset Readiness and Assurance Team, with single point accountability for delivery of Prelude FLNG Operations Management System. Reporting to the Prelude Onshore Project Manager.
• Project managing the delivery of the Operations Management System (OMS)
• Identification, production, and delivery of Business Control Documents which govern OMS business processes across the organisation
• Managing multiple interfaces across several geographic locations. Hardware content delivered by production teams in South Korea, Kuala Lumpur and Perth, and Non Hardware delivered by business functions such as HSSE.
• Working with Accountable Process Owners focal points and delegates in order to manage risks and issues associated with OMS design, delivery and the end state vision
• Developing and maintaining a resource loaded delivery plan

Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan

• Part of the Onshore LNG Management Team with single point accountability for FEED and EPC operational design input, and development of the pre operations team based in Yokohama Japan. Reporting to the Operations.
• Single point accountability for the pre operations organisation, capability, recruitment, and development of the onshore pre operations LNG team
• Providing operational input and oversight through all phases of the LNG facility design
• Resource planning through FEED and transition into fabrication yards, and the LNG facility. Development of mobilization plans, maximizing the transfer of knowledge to the operations team and ensuring that owner’s costs.
• Supporting OPEX budget estimates and development
• Six direct reports, Operations Superintendent, Senior Process and Rotating Engineers, Instrument Engineer and Team Leaders (seventeen reports in total)

Karratha LNG Plant

• Project Managing the centralisation of the Operations Training Department into a cross functional Learning and Development Centre for the facility, now called The Woodside Academy. This was part of a drive to increase.
• Establishing an organisation and governance around holistic Learning and Development
• Established an updated set of business relevant competency profiles for the facility
• Accountable for training budget AUD 10 million
• Creating localised learning and development programs such as Frontline Management (Cert IV)
• Accountable for the site inductions programmes

Karratha LNG Plant

Working in an Operations Superintendent Support role and reporting to the North West Shelf Operations Manager. Operatiosn Superintendent was accountable for 160 operational staff operating four LNG trains, with one under construction, two domestic gas plants and 230MW of installed generating capacity.

Stanlow Refinery

• Managing two independent and geographically separated operating teams producing finished products from two large process facilities. Units of responsibility include Long Residue FCCU, HF Alkylation Unit, Ethyl Benzene.
• Ensuring compliance with Shell Golden Safety Rules, procedures, and HSE Management
• Accountable for day to day onsite operations
• Twenty direct reports including Shift Team leaders
• Supporting injury and incident free operations – Goal Zero
• Leading reliability teams to ensure sustainable improvements in reliability and availability
