I’m not your ordinary CEO. I started with a shovel in my hand and worked my way to the Board Room. Today I set the culture, vision, and strategy for Augusta Industrial Services. I am passionate about the safety of our employees and providing meaningful training. Hands-on experience along with my tenure as Safety Manager have given me the ability to understand the issues our employees face and the know-how to provide solutions. I believe each employee is critical to our success and should be rewarded for their contribution. In 2015, I led the transition to becoming an Employee Owned Company (ESOP) which provides stock ownership to every employee at Augusta Industrial Services.I am a hands-on leader that possesses the abilities to serve at any level. I am dedicated to serving our team and building long term relationships with co-workers, customers, business associates and my community.
