Under contract and 100% based in client's office, I provide professional GIS services to a federal agency. GIS maintenance, analysis, map production, research and development, and staff support is provided to the agency.Geodatabase/ enterprise geodatabase development and maintenance, hardware and software support, data acquisition/ management/ collection, staff training, and assistance in engineering site evaluation as well as biological and land acquisition analysis are all a part of my daily activities for GIS support services.

As a GIS technician, it is my responsibility to manage several tasks at a time for different business groups at ESA. While often the sole GIS staffer in the Sacramento office, I am expected to meet any immediate needs that may arise. Time management and knowledge of various GIS tools are crucial to my job being performed correctly. Clear communication and office-wide availability is crucial to overall goals being met.At any given time, I can have 2 to 5 ongoing projects. I am performing mid-level GIS tasks including impacts analysis, wildlife management, data management/ acquisition, and accurate representation for high quality figures.
