I graduated with a PhD in Comparative Literature (focus in English, Spanish, and Portuguese) in August of 2022. I have over five years of experience teaching Spanish and World literature at the University of South Carolina. I have been awarded two major national research grants, a Fulbright Brazil US Student Study/Research Award and a Bilinski Dissertation Fellowship. I am a native English speaker, possess near-native fluency in Spanish, and have full professional proficiency in Portuguese. I have spent time living in both Spain and Brazil and have travelled to various other countries in Latin America and Europe.
