Starting off as a High School Recruiter in 1996, I spent time meeting and speaking with Principals, Counselors, Teachers, and High School students throughout the southern states. I developed relationships throughout the business community, attended national conventions, career conferences, and assisted students with scholarships and financial aid.In 2000, being promoted to Senior Director of Marketing, Recruitment, and Business Development Specialist for the entire West Coast Region, the opportunity allowed me to develop my marketing and management skills. While managing over 50 employees, I was able to help develop all marketing materials used throughout the entire Western Region. While working with the Campus Presidents, Faculty, Staff, Administration, and Community Members throughout the region, I played an integral role in the entire process of a students experience in their post-secondary education.
