I am a team builder, coach and strategist for high performance teams that want to focus on delivering top quality results. My passion is bringing the best people together to accomplish more than they ever expected in an atmosphere of joy and fun. I am driven to serve others by helping them become the best they can and want to be in life and career. It is my privilege to work together with an amazing group of creatives. Our firm offers deep expertise in a wide range of specialty markets offering architecture, interior design, structural engineering, landscape architecture and graphic design. My role in the firm includes client representation and project leadership; design refinement and quality improvement; financial strategy and management; team leadership and coaching. What does that really mean? I work closely with our clients to accomplish our collective goals and objectives. I do this by bringing a curated team of professionals together, eliminating the hurdles that can thwart projects and by looking at our projects at a higher level to solve to the greatest need within our clients organization, not just today but well down the road. Our work creates a lasting imprint on our clients and the magnitude of that is something we all value greatly. In my free time you can find me enjoying time with my family (my amazing wife, 9 kids, and 25 grandkids and counting), nurturing and renovating our small historic family farm where we entertain with festivals, square dances and special events. I love coaching soccer, which I have been doing for well over 40 years and which not surprisingly has a lot of similarities to leading an exciting organization.
