Oversee all financial, field management and client interactions for the North East/Central US.

Custodial management, facilities management, client and vendor relations, budgets control, expense control, staffing, payroll management, management recruiting, contract negotiation, supply and cost management, and P&L accountability

Responsibilities/Skills:• Lead change in a highly transitional business format that includes the introduction of new stores, growth initiatives and turn-around business opportunities.• Planned and directed all sales, customer service and relations in a multi unit environment with responsibility for top-line and bottom-line district performance with P&L responsibility.• High level of customer focus. Strong relationship building skills to ensure excellent communication between Store managers and the field Home Office.• Responsible for execution of the Monthly Sales Plans and sales stimulation activities. Ensures that high merchandise presentation and marketing standards are delivered consistently. • Ensures consistent execution of operational processes and understands P&L financial accountability, which includes expense management, inventory shrink, and meeting facility maintenance standards.• Optimized other miscellaneous revenue opportunities by meeting and achieving standards in Protection Agreements, Credit, Installation, and Delivery.• Demonstrated a high performance leadership to drive sales growth and to meet market share objectives in both new and existing businesses.• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve and develop action plans based on regular analysis of business performance, store competitor visits, and through input from the store teams.• Fully embraced the CCE selling process and customer for life value proposition.• Built knowledge in merchandise presentation standards, operational execution, and general management leadership competencies.• I understand how to communicate to home office merchandise and marketing teams on competitive activities/trends and other local market issues.• Interacted with the Market Development team to ensure successful store openings, closings, and remodels within the district.• Accurately and passionately represents Sears Stores.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Supervises and has accountability for all aspects of store operations (4 wall accountability)• Proactively lead the store to ensure achievement of business goals in revenue, expense, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory shrinkage, and associate morale.• Select, coach, and develop effective management staff in the store. Develop a diverse, high performing team. Take action as needed to ensure that all associates fully contribute to the store efforts.• Actively manage the customer experience within the stores.• Take ownership for full implementation of corporate programs and initiatives on merchandising, cost management, productivity, and associate morale.• Ensure consistency of merchandising execution and operational processes within the store.• Fully optimize Credit (e.g., share, Account Care, new accounts) and other Miscellaneous Income opportunities (e.g., service contracts, Installation, Gift Card, Home Service Leads) within the store.• Monitor and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.• Take a visible role in representing Sears in the local community.• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.• Understand and communicate, to District, Region and Home Office staff, competitive activities/trends in market, and unique local market issues.• Ensure that the store operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
