Position SummaryOrganize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.Essential Responsibilities• Serve as the point person for office manager duties including Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Computer Equipment, Errands and Shopping.• Schedule meetings and appointments for Executive Management and their teams.• Organize the office layout and order all equipment associated with the office layout.• Maintain the condition of the office and arrange all necessary repairs to the office.• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that all office equipment needs are met for the work force.• Ensure that the catering needs are provided for the office (breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, etc). • Purchasing all the necessary snacks, drinks and accessories associated with the cantina areas.• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.• Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. office supplies, hardware). Arrange travel for the all employess at the office.• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

Prepare Capital Expenditure Budget for Plant Manager. Purchasing/Buyer responsibility for all raw materials, services, equipment and supplies necessary for Production and Fabrication at the McPherson location. Negotiates vendor terms, prices and schedules delivery using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements. Adheres to purchasing policies, processes and procedures. Carries out warehouse and inventory control policies and procedures. Uses knowledge of material work planning and methods engineering processes and procedures to coordinate product deliveries. Uses knowledge of machines and equipment to schedule items necessary to continual production cycles. Daily Accounting and Purchasing work in SAP to perform necessary duties.

Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Responsible for all aspects of the finances of the company. Prepare all company financial statements for CPA, Financial Institutions, and Owner for review. Prepare paperwork for project verification and follow-up documentation to ensure payment is received when project is completed. Accountable for the collection of payment for completed jobs and responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable. Ensures the protection of the companies value by keeping information confidential. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks

Accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with GAAP. Responsible for A/R, A/P, Payroll, HR and all duties associated with Finance.
