Responsible for the New Product Development Lab, including physical lab area control and set-up, control of chemicals and supplies, and coordination of a shared equipment pool across multiple NPD teams. Also serves as the key contact with the external calibration service vendor for all NPD equipment, including maintaining all internal records. Works with internal procurement team and directly with suppliers to maintain lab supplies. Works with facilities management and NPD management for the control and set up of capital testing equipment. Continued support of internal and external audits, both of the NPD lab and for external supplier auditing.

Engineering Technician – Sr. Engineering TechnicianSupport of NPD technical activities. This included management and control of pilot run products for multiple product launches including mod history, testing status, for devices in engineering, and used by other departments for trials and testing. Also performed product testing at the device and sub-assembly level, reporting of test results, participation in test set-up design and management, and coordination of shared test resources with other NPD teams reporting of test results. Responsible for requisition and control of parts and materials for testing, prototype builds, and engineering lab support for the Sleep Therapy Group.

Build of production and test equipment for the service facility. Served as lead contact for internal and external audits. Also assisted with investigation of product failures and repair of customer owned product. Assisted with parts management and service station design.

Responsible for Performing calibration for manufacturing and engineering equipment, including records and reporting. Assisted production and NPD engineering in development of calibration procedures for Calibration test procedures for inspection and test equipment. Served as lead contact for internal and external audits of the Calibration and equipment control process. Interim/backfill duties supporting equipment repair and maintenance.
