• Manage the supply and replenishment planning process for approximately 1200 skus across 3 European 3rd party warehouses (UK, Germany, and Spain) for the Global Travel sector (Airports, Cruise and Airlines) to ensure stock availability and to optimise inventory levels. Working closely with Demand Planning, Production sites, Commercial, Customer Service teams, 3rd party logistics and warehouses. • Create the short and long term rework plans in-market to comply with relevant countries labelling requirement• Supply lead for innovation/renovation projects and managing the product life cycle to minimise obsoletion – working cross functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and Production leads. • Manage the global allocation process for restricted volume skus to maximise supply and profitability. • Owning the short term SAP APO forecast, maintaining a robust monthly forecasting process to streamline the flow of information and demand.

Responsible for:• Managing the customer supply chain operation for Asda, Sainsburys,Waitrose, Amazon and Ocado.• Leading the supply chain relationship with the customers, including daily interaction, monthly and quarterly reviews to deliver joint business plans• Providing support to the customer service and third party logistics functions• Lead role in S&OP process to align with key commercial colleagues behind one number best view forecast• Owning the short term SAP APO forecast, maintaining a robust monthly forecasting process to streamline the flow of information and demand.
