I am a confident and focused design manager with great knowledge of the footwear industry. I always aim to achieve the very best results through excellent communication skills, a hard working ethic and an organised working environment. I am a determined individual looking to grow and develop within the fashion industry. I have dedicated the past fourteen years at one company growing and developing, gaining all of the necessary knowledge needed along the way to become successful moving forward. I did all of this whilst demonstrating loyalty, hard work and ambition, starting on the factory floor and working my way up to a managerial role in the design department.I have represented De Montfort University at the GREAT festival of creativity in Shanghai. The event supports British businesses looking for opportunities and growth in China. Here, we showcased our footwear making skills in front of the public in Shanghai, I also had the absolute pleasure of meeting and shaking hands with Prince William as he visited our footwear stand. Since 2020 I have been fully in charge of designing, sourcing and developing the seasonal collections for Joseph Cheaney & sons. All of my work can be viewed upon request.
