I am a project and data manager, specialised in data-heavy projects. I have worked with Python, SQL and M Code. I have acted as a team lead for Salesforce CRM implementation. I have led on data modelling, including dimensional analysis.In my role as a CRM implementation lead for my team, I was responsible for developing a dimensional data model, representing our team’s programmes, in collaboration with our implementation partners. I was responsible for developing acceptance criteria, and developing and prioritising requirements for the system. After development, I was responsible for team training and documentation of the operation of the new system. 95% of team members reporting feeling more confident with the new system, 100% of team members reported that the new system both met their needs, and met their needs better than the previous system.I redeveloped and advanced our reporting within the newly built CRM. I worked to redevelop reports, liaising with senior leaders to understand their reporting needs. Senior leaders reported that the new reporting I developed was more effective in meeting their needs.In my role as a project manager, I am responsible for internal and external stakeholder management of a complex project. I am able to use skills as a communicator to report on project needs and requirements, as well as being clear how and when outputs will be generated. I have successfully managed two editions of the project, with 70% customer retention between editions.I have been able to implement automations in this project using Power Automate to generate process flows that run automatically, and using Python to semi-automate repetitive administrative tasks.My background in the charity sector, having worked in diversity & inclusion, education and human rights. I am interested in current affairs and quick to learn about any policy areas required.My project management skills are In strategically and effectively organising workstreams, identifying commonalities in project workstreams and working to align them, and communicating with staff and stakeholders. My information technology skills include the use of customer relationship management software (CRMs), advanced use of the Microsoft stack (including Power Automate and M Code), and use of Python for business settings. I am quick to pick up new technology skills, and happy to work with a wide variety of systems.
