Phase 1 and 2 of the program resulted in a combined 4% improvement in production and runtime. Phase 3 is currently in pilot and has exceeded expectations by 14%, with potential to deliver $1.5 - $3.0M annually in opportunity cost capitalization. This work has been recognized in two publications by the Society of Petroleum Engineers.Leadership & Team Development: Directed the Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysts, and Project Management departments, overseeing a diverse team composition of 30% full-time employees and 70% contractors and consultants. The associated alerting platform facilitates interaction between automated alerts and petrotechnical experts, incorporating feedback loops for continuous improvement. This program was rolled out across approximately 90% of field operations, directly contributing to five consecutive quarters of outperformance against production forecasts.Project Management & Data Integration: Oversaw complex data management initiatives, including the integration of data across an ERP implementation and six acquisitions. My role involved ensuring that data management efforts were aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, introducing innovative project management approaches to streamline processes and enhance execution.

Cloud Architecture & Data Management: Spearheaded the design and implementation of a robust, serverless data architecture on AWS. This architecture supports comprehensive data management, warehousing, AI/ML, and downstream reporting functions. It manages replication for over 50 source systems (both streaming and batch), powers 60 AI-driven solutions, supports 200 cameras for real-time monitoring, and serves 225 daily users.
