-Successfully harmonized the fleet business units across the country-Developed improved team communication and continuous coaching strategies-Development and execution of Logistics CAPEX Projects-Minimizing downtime by ensuring fleet (commercial vehicles, forklifts and distribution trucks) are available and in good working condition-Managing company fleet of over 500 commercial vehicles, 150 distribution trucks and 80 forklifts.-Implemented cost-saving initiatives (use of fuel probes and fuel cards)-Negotiations with international/local suppliers and vendors.

The Supply and Logistics Management Trainee Role exposed me to all major aspects of the business and involved rotations in Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Safety, etc.I leveraged on this training to develop and implement ideas that contributed positively to the growth of the business.
