Working with the Otak Construction Management & Inspections (CMI) group, I primarily perform on-site construction inspections for conformance with plans, specifications and special provisions, as well as applicable codes and standards, for local and state jurisdictions including City of Salem, OR, City of Ridgefield, WA, City of St. Helens, OR, and ODOT (Oregon Department of Transportation). I have had the pleasure of being included on different phases of several bridges including being the Lead Structural Inspector for the $41 million OR-219 The Dalles Bridge Accelerated Bridge Deck Replacement project. I have also contributed to urban street upgrades including ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) Curb and Ramp, and other projects such as storm-water sediment treatment facilities and utilities relocation. I enjoy working closely with the stake holders, architects and engineers, superintendents, forepersons, labors and flaggers, that make our projects a success.

Performed welding, destructive and non-destructive testing, coatings and final inspections on large diameter spiral seamed pipe to multiple codes including AWS, AREMA, ASME and CSA(Canadian Standards Association). Performed monthly 5S inspections. We processed pipe from 30" to 108.75" for major infrastructure projects across the Americas.

• My training school was focused on reinforcing steel for concrete, sheet metal fabrication and welding. • 1st deployment to GTMO, Cuba. In GTMO built a playground, a laundry facility, valve pits, TFS (Tension Fabric Structures) and PEB (Pre Engineered Buildings).• 2nd deployment to Okinawa, Japan. Steel Shop Supervisor, supervising all fabrication and logistics. Fire Warden. Performed all Fire Safety inspections on hardware and devices like fire extinguishers, Gaylord fire suppression systems and panic hardware on egress doors. • 3rd Deployment to GTMO, Cuba. Welder for the erection on a heavy timber observation tower as well as the company clerk for my lieutenant. As clerk I wrote memorandums and managed all project packages. • Schools while in the military included 49 CFR(Code of Federal Regulations) international transportation of HAZMAT, Basic Rescue levels I and II, (CBM) Certified Building Machine Supervisor, Gas cutting and welding level II, Shielded Inert Gas Welding• Licenses: 5 ton truck to 15 ton truck. Dump truck 5 ton. Forklift warehouse and rough terrain up to 6k, Front end loader. • Obtained "Secret" clearance level
