Device Test Engineer responsible for exhaustive testing and certification of new mobile devices for certification and device approval process.

Network Upgrades/Implementation. Responsible for Cell Site Fiber infrastructure upgrades and new circuit integration. This included performing large scale network upgrades to the fiber backhaul design.• Responsible for macro site antenna design changes and implementation as well as UMTS site audits.

Responsible for operational readiness and service assurance of the deployed radio communication base stations situated aboard cruise ships operating under 3 different cruise lines.• Operational expertise of CMA DAS equipment, Ericsson RBS and LGC base station equipment as well as supporting technologies and backhaul.• Provided training to all operations teams including the overseas branch in Paris France.

Network Performance Engineer. Responsible for several performance Clusters in the Seattle area. Responsibilities included improving the Key performance indicators for the GSM and UMTS Radio access network.• Market DAS Engineer for all Inbuilding DAS in the Redmond/Seattle Areas.

Responsible for Tier 2 Network troubleshooting for Field Service area 7 serving the Northwest US including Colorado and Idaho. This tasking was primarily directed to assist MSC technicians as well as RF field technicians.
