• Service Owner of ISDs (Information Services Division) Database, ETL and Business Information Services. Leadership, motivation and full direct line-management responsibilities for three teams, 16 individuals, across varied core technologies (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, Weblogic, EBS, IIS Datastage, SSIS, Business Objects, Tableau, SSRS). • Helped deliver a £15M Datacenter migration and transformation program. This involved operating system changes, virtualisation of hardware, database and application upgrades, the evolution of automation and IaaS/DBaaS shared platform approaches requiring cross-technology standardisations of VM spec and delivery, database builds and their associated backup, monitoring, capacity and alerting functions.• Stakeholder management.
