I led business development and service delivery for a start-up risk services practice providing risk management (ERM), credit management, and compliance consulting to regional financial institutions. In this role I:• Led team to save a prominent $6 Billion bank from closure by OCC and enabled the bank’s sale to a larger institution by leading a complete overhaul of the bank’s BSA/AML program including rewriting compliance policies, designing remedial employee training, and updating internal controls and compliance systems.• Grew practice revenue to $2 Million over two years through successful client service and business development activities in the regional market.
