Responsible for all aspects of total store operations for a consumerelectronics retail store. This includes implementation of retail strategies and programs including sales & service initiatives, merchandising standards, leading & motivating staff of 15 sales professionals and supervisors. Responsible for total company sales, P&L and manufacturing operations.
