Leading a pilot project to create and establish new department responsible for providing accounting services to Elkjop Nordic Franchise stores consisting of regular monthly reporting package (P&L, BS, Accruals overview, Open post list, Potential loss report etc.)Project preparations involved creation of Service Level Agreement, negotiations and terms and responsibilities, regular communications with Franchise owners, current accounting companies, Elkjop Nordic Franchise Director and Project management team, IT and In-house departments.System preparations, data migration, reconciliation of migrated data, report adjustments/creation, routine setup and more to successfully enter the Go live in Jan 2022.

Managing a mix of small size teams consisting of:Finance Master Data team being in charge of administration of Oracle HFM and Essbase including creating applications and configuring settings, providing support to end users and maintaining security roles.Controllership team responsible for HFM reporting, controlling and support on a Group level. Also performing a number of different duties such as Like for Like Reporting, creation of underlying documentation for Capital Committee meetings, collation of Management pack or a Datapack.FP&A team for UK&I mainly responsible for accurate reporting of actual Capital Expenditure and preparation of pre-read deck, tracking authorized capital spend, collation of Post Implementation Review deck and standing as a second point of contact in production weekly Cash Flow forecast.Management Reporting and Analytics team supporting the design and production of single set of management accounts for UK and Ireland P&L and all channels, automation of weekly financial reports used to day to day running of the business and supporting the Financial Planning to ensure forecasts are on an appropriate level of detail.

Managing small size Controllership team responsible for supporting markets in their month end closing activities into HFM. Control of submissions being done on time, Intercompany reports balancing between partners, KPI's submitted, Opening balances in balance.
